Butterflies

A dear friend of mine had a butterfly themed wedding.

She described in her speech how butterflies symbolise nature, beauty and a kind of magical regeneration.
These were themes that were significant in some way to the bridal couple.

Her dress was covered with little butterflies ... each made by a different wedding guest.
And there were other beautiful butterflies as part of this most beautiful of weddings.

And now, they are expecting their first baby.

When I saw this, I knew what I had to do ....

I don't know if they are having a boy or a girl so I hope this colour scheme works either way.

(For those of you reading who know the couple I'm writing about .... Shhhhhh. Please help me keep this a secret).
