My partner doesn't like my new header.
What do you think?

Edit: 31 May
Thanks for all the girly solidarity.

For those of you interested, the font in the header is
"girls are weird" from dafont.com

Andi's partner here to clarify:

I merely commented that "patch andi" square in the new header was a little subtle.

Now cast your judgment!

Well, it makes ME drool. Great quilts.

I love it, sorry Dan! You can never have enough pink! PS How did you do it? Photoshop?

I think I like that it is subtle and I love all the quilts that are showcased.:)

How could you ever dislike a header as pink as this?

I really like it!

I really like it. Gorgeous quilts. I like the font too. In fact, what is that font?

It's very... ummm... pink....

Maybe that's the problem?

My opinion... I don't like it. It's because there are clearly too many excellent quilts which make mine look bad. (There! I've said it! Patch Andi is too talented and hard working!) Well, I'm sorry, but it needed to be said....

I've begun basic sewing with Mr Darcy. He seems to have slight issues with his bobbin, poor love, but apart from that he's behaving himself.

I just noticed. You've already finished 8 quilts this year??/

EIGHT?????

(Puts her head between her hands and starts quietly sobbing.... she who has yet to finish one...)

Though I finished piecing all of my 4" squares for my Queen-sized string quilt yesterday. About 3 and a half thousand little bits of fabric. My next quilt will be zen.... one piece of fabric with no stitching. It'll be awesome. And finished in no time.

I'll get off now and stop writing blog posts in your comment box. Sorry.

I can see you like pink. Your header is very pink, not that that is a bad thing! It's bright, modern, cheerful and most importantly covered with quilts! Couldn't ask for a better header!

I like it.

Tell him a change is as good as a holiday. (And a lot cheaper).

Ok: I concede defeat.

The wonderful patchandi certainly knows her audience, and one out of our two children love pinky girliness too.

I suggest a new tag-line: "patch andi: Where too much pink is barely enough".

Also, I've found a suitable framework to support the official patchandi web-site later this year: Go on click this link for more pinkness.

I'm liking it - but then I love pink! I would probably centre "patch andi" but there you go - what do I know!
