Cush Cush

On our recent trip to Noosa, I visited the Eumundi Markets where I bought, amongst other things, some awesome bean bags from a company called Cush Cush.

These are the comfiest, softest bean bags EVER and make for fabulous outdoor furniture during the fine weather.

I wanted to make some other cushions to go with the bean bags and found some fantastic canvas trim to use, during a catch-up with some fabulous women yesterday.

A quick trip to Spotlight for some coordinating canvas fabric and voila!!

Outdoor comfort for all!!

Have a great weekend.
I hope the sun is shining where you are.

EDIT 25/10/09 - Didn't realise Karen was blogging too now. Sorry for the omission Karen!!!
And Thanks to Wendy for the link!!

You've been a busy bee today! Love the trim you purchased, goes very well with your new outdoor beanbags. Must get myself some of that trim, a great excuse to meet up again!

How ever did you get those bean bags home from Noosa? That whole arrangement looks fantastic and just perfect for a bit of summer lazing around.

Nice one Andi! I'm with Kate though - how on earth did you get them back from Noosa?! They really are lovely and the model does them justice too. ;)

If anyone else is wondering, I brought them back WITHOUT BEANS!!!

wait, what? how did you get them beany again, if they came with no benas??

Katrina, you can buy the beans separately. Then just fill the bags up. (You can see how it is done at the Cush Cush website)
BTW We ended up with a terrible mess in the house. Beans everywhere.
But it was lots of fun and the bags ended up great!!

Wonderful! Enjoy those...it looks like someone already does! :)

Your pictures are giving me a chill... It's cool and gloomy here, and probably will be for the next 6 months! But who needs the sun, right? :)

They look fabulous - I love the colours. Why does my local Spotty never have beautiful canvas like that?!

This family never seems to sit on anything as formal as a couch and I've been thinking that we needed some great, whopping floor cushiony numbers. I'm still getting me hyead around you finding that fab canvas at SPOTLIGHT! Go girl!
